Key Responsibilities:
- Work with our project team and management on business solutions, designing processes and flows
- Managing daily tasks and priorities
- Supporting Company’s users with technical problems
- Implementing, testing and training on new developments
- Data Loading and manipulation.
- Collect Change requirements from Users and Stakeholders
- Writing detailed documents
Requirements:
- Familiar with Salesforce.com environment is a must.
- Experience with: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Force.com, PRM users, Enterprise user, Live agent
- Experience with Apex and Visual Force coding
- Salesforce.com Certification will be considered a huge advantage
- Problem solving and Analytical thinking
- Creative
- A person with a “can do” approach to work Strong Technical background
- Knowledgeable with Excel functions
