Managing retention and player communication system based on the Salesforce.com platform. Taking requirements and requests from stakeholders and providing a solution and/or optimising the process flow to ensure optimal efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with our project team and management on business solutions, designing processes and flows
  • Managing daily tasks and priorities
  • Supporting Company’s users with technical problems
  • Implementing, testing and training on new developments
  • Data Loading and manipulation.
  • Collect Change requirements from Users and Stakeholders
  • Writing detailed documents

Requirements:

  • Familiar with Salesforce.com environment is a must.
  • Experience with: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Force.com, PRM users, Enterprise user, Live agent
  • Experience with Apex and Visual Force coding
  • Salesforce.com Certification will be considered a huge advantage
  • Problem solving and Analytical thinking
  • Creative
  • A person with a “can do” approach to work Strong Technical background
  • Knowledgeable with Excel functions
